Brief Description:
Starting wages: $20 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time (20 to 40 hrs/week expected)
Availability Required: Must be available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Example schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care in clients' homes
- Assisting with mobility and transportation
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Promoting independence and safety in a home setting
Important Requirements:
- Must be available for scheduling any time between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including weekends if needed
- No call-outs or schedule changes during the first 90 days of employment in order to remain eligible for the $500 sign-on bonus (restrictions apply)
- Reliable attendance and flexibility are essential

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
- Able to pass a Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
- 1 year of experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right fit!
