We’re Looking for an Outgoing Eyewear Advisor Who Thrives on Sales!

We want someone who is not afraid to sell high-ticket eyewear and knows how to make a memorable experience for every patient. Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional experience on every visit—patients will look to you for personalized eyewear recommendations.
- Be an expert on eyewear trends and products: You’ll style patients, recommend lenses, and keep up with the latest fashion trends in eyewear.
- Drive sales of premium eyewear and provide excellent customer service that keeps clients coming back.
- Maintain visual standards and inventory, ensuring our eyewear display is always on point.
- Champion our brand and core values by providing patients with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable advice.
- Learn and grow with paid training and performance feedback to continuously improve your skills.
- Assist with various practice tasks including scheduling appointments, eyewear and lens reordering, cleaning, stocking, and vision benefits submissions.
About You:
- Outgoing, confident, and upbeat personality with a passion for helping people and selling high-quality products.
- 1+ years of optometry experience—bonus points if you have experience as an optician
- Great sense of style and a genuine interest in fashion—help our patients look and feel their best!
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong sales skills and a desire to meet sales goals.
- Spanish language proficiency (Preferred).
- Flexible schedule, must be available to work until 6pm on weekdays and 2pm on occasional Saturdays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
