What You'll Do as a Sales Support Representative
As a Sales Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support daily customer engagement and sales activities.
- Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, professional manner.
- Help organize customer information, sales activity, and follow-up opportunities.
- Assist the team with keeping customer and sales records accurate and organized.
- Learn how to track sales activity and team performance.
- Support experienced team members with daily campaign and customer engagement goals.
- Help ensure customer questions and requests are handled efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to help achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Develop valuable skills in communication, customer service, organization, and sales.
