Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $28/hr (Depending on Experience)
Type: Temp to hire
Start Date: ASAP after onboarding
Job Description

To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff

To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance

To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs

To ensure unit turns meet quality standards

To maintain property safety and compliance expectations
Qualifications

Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience

EPA Type II or Universal Certification

Strong skills in general maintenance trades

Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload

Own tools required
