Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available for the following hours:
- Mon, Wed, Thu:7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday:7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday:7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a pedo or orthodontic office is required.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Professionalism: A warm, welcoming personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Familiarity with Dentrix, Dolphin, Weave, Modento & Dental Intelligence preferred. Knowledge of insurance verification, and patient scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Managing patient procedures in compliance with the daily schedule (pedo and ortho)
- Maintaining an OSHA & Infection Control compliant workspace.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Managing patient behaviors with appropriate methods
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
