Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant – Lease-Up Opportunity
$20–$22/hour + Unlimited Leasing Commissions
We're looking for a closer.
Our 148-unit apartment community in Northwest Houston (77091) is looking for an experienced leasing professional who knows how to generate traffic, follow up relentlessly, and turn prospects into residents.
Your mission is simple: help us drive occupancy back into the mid-90% range through outstanding leasing, follow-up, and marketing.
If you're motivated by commissions, enjoy selling, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder every day, we'd like to meet you.
Our Property Manager oversees two communities, so we're looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and gets things done.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to every lead, phone call, text, email, and online inquiry.
- Follow every prospect until they lease or decline.
- Give outstanding apartment tours and confidently ask for the lease.
- Market the community using TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms.
- Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources to generate traffic.
- Process applications accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate move-ins and renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
- Help drive occupancy back into the mid-90% range.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Minimum 3 years of apartment leasing experience
- Proven success leasing apartments and increasing occupancy.
- Experience using TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and Google Business Profile to market apartments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision.
- ResMan experience preferred.
