We are hiring a Testing and Troubleshooting Technician to test, diagnose, and validate our mission-critical and explosion-proof HVAC systems before shipment. This role ensures each unit operates safely and meets performance requirements.

Perform functional testing of HVAC units, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems

Verify system performance against design specifications and operational requirements

Execute start-up procedures and ensure all components are operating correctly

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues

Troubleshoot PLC controls, wiring, and HVAC components to identify root causes

Work with engineering and production to resolve defects and implement corrections

Document test results, issues, and corrective actions clearly and accurately

Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and field troubleshooting as needed

5+ years of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial or commercial environment

Strong working knowledge of compressors, coils, fans, and controls

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics

Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
