Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Quality Inspectors to hire at a located in Suwanee! The ideal candidate should bedependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Requirements for Quality Inspectors:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience performing QA duties.
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or other equivalent QMS.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620. Willingness to pursue and obtain certification.
- Understanding and adherence to Support/Operations Best Practices is a must.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of Quality Inspectors:
- Audits and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer.
- Performs accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection.
- Responsible for acceptance or rejection of material based on established inspection criteria.
- Works with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.
- Communicate with project engineers to ensure schematics are in compliance with the final product.
- Work from engineering drawings and change documents quality assurance standards, departmental procedures, and work instructions as well as verbal instructions.
- Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs; logs the assembly non-conformities and generates a report.
- Track product returns and maintain a tracker to ensure completion of receipt, coordinate repair/rework and return of product back to the customer.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details: 1st Shift Available!
- 1st: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-3:00PM
