Spectra360 is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Billing Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations while also assisting with the company's social media presence. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid career accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers but also has a creative side.

Primary Responsibilities – Accounting & Billing
- Process daily billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable transactions.
- Record customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and account research.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections when needed.
- Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer information.
- Generate financial and billing reports using Excel and internal software.
- Support month-end administrative and accounting processes.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with tax season administrative support, client documentation, and reporting.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including answering phones and supporting office operations.
Secondary Responsibilities – Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with maintaining the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
- Create and schedule recruiting and company-related social media posts.
- Monitor social media messages and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, recruiting events, and community outreach.
- Assist with creating simple graphics using Canva or similar software (preferred).
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general PC applications.
- Experience working with accounting or billing software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
- Previous administrative office experience.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design software.
