Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for accurate rating of rooms and ensuring the room rack is properly adjusted at all times.
Essential Job Functions:

Checking out any vacant and clean (due out) rooms and changing statuses of rooms in the rack.

Running alert date reports

Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms on a daily basis for validity.

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest requests.

Responding to guests checking out via video check-out.

Offering bell assistance to each guest upon departure and running applicable reports to verify correct room rates.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.

PAY RANGE:
$14 - $19/Hourly
