As a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) will PMI Emerald Coast you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our properties. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining high standards of living for our residents while fostering a welcoming environment. Your expertise in property management, legal regulations, and customer service will be essential as you navigate the complexities of community living. What you’ll do
- Oversee daily operations of community properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.
- Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and contract management.
- Utilize property management software (CINC) for efficient data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service and conflict management skills.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold property standards and facilitate necessary improvements.
- Implement sales strategies to enhance community engagement and promote upselling opportunities for additional services or amenities.
- Articulate monthly financials to owners and board members
Experience
- Proven experience in HOA and Condo Management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices to ensure optimal property upkeep is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all administrative duties. Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
