Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all details are correct
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns swiftly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and kitchen experience
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and promote repeat business
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is highly desirable
- Experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
