We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Station Head (站长) to lead our regional operations, optimize logistics processes, and drive continuous improvement across our distribution network. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of last mile delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service quality. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations, including transportation management, warehouse distribution, and order fulfillment activities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies and supply chain analytics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage transportation planning, fleet management, and dispatching to ensure timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization.
- Supervise warehouse activities such as inventory management, shipping & receiving, procurement, and warehouse management system (WMS) oversight.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and other partners to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor profit & loss statements, budgeting processes, and cost control measures to ensure financial health of the station.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing ERP systems and supply chain management best practices. Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics management, or operations management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems such as ERP, WMS, and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Familiarity with freight shipping & receiving, inventory control, procurement, and fleet management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with supervising experience in warehouse or logistics settings.
- Excellent skills in process improvement methodologies like Lean or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Ability to analyze supply chain data using tools such as supply chain analytics platforms or AS400 systems.
