Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable Lot Porter / Lot Associate to help keep our RV dealership running smoothly. This role focuses on maintaining the lot, supporting the service department, and ensuring our RV inventory is clean and presentable. You will not be responsible for parking lot management or traffic control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lot maintenance — mowing grass, trimming, general grounds upkeep
- RV cleaning — interior and exterior cleaning, prepping units for display or delivery
- Service department support — assisting technicians with basic tasks when needed
- Inventory organization — keeping units orderly and accessible
- General facility upkeep — light cleaning, trash removal, and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
