Job Overview
We are seeking an independent, detail-driven Shop Operations & Repair Coordinator to drive daily administrative workflows and bridge the gap between our service and repair divisions. In this role, you will take direct ownership of internal logistics, manage critical data, and conduct active vehicle evaluations across our dealership campus. This position requires strong technical aptitude, rapid data execution, and a solution-oriented mindset.
As a member of the TRAX team, you'll work exclusively for the biggest Automotive Group in Arizona. Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are typically considered for direct employment after approximately 4–6 months, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Management Support: Partner directly with department managers to execute administrative strategies and streamline cross-departmental communication workflows.
- Financial Logistics & Invoicing: Authorize and generate accurate repair orders, execute daily invoicing protocols, and act as the primary operational liaison between service and repair teams.
- Field Evaluations & Inspections: Conduct hands-on, outdoor vehicle evaluations and audit required parts or services directly into our management database.
- Precision Data Management: Execute high-speed data entry into corporate applications while maintaining a strict, zero-error precision standard.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour, every two weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 WPM with high-accuracy word processing capabilities.
- Software Aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced data-entry applications.
- Workflow Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple data pipelines, and remain self-sufficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Environmental Adaptability: Physical stamina to navigate and operate efficiently across both indoor office environments and outdoor dealership yards. Again MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUTDOORS.
- Professional Communication: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in the automotive, collision, or mechanical industries is an asset but not required.
