WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You’ll learn to create opportunities, build trust, and close business with families and property owners. This is a professional, face-to-face advisory role where you will:
- Engage with 2–4 clients daily to assess protection and investment needs
- Guide them through customized insurance or real-estate-based solutions
- Present value-driven financial plans that create peace of mind
- Train weekly with mentors who want you to win
Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning power.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Month: $5,000 – $8,000 (training + performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission)
Experienced Advisors: $12,000 – $20,000 + per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000 – $350,000 + annually
