Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Broward area. In this role, you will work directly with children in-home and in-school settings, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by the BCBA
- Provide one-on-one therapy with children on the autism spectrum
- Collect and document data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and plans
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers about client progress and goals
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients, families, and team members
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for local travel to client sites
