We are hiring a Mental Health Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals needing mental health services. This role focuses on building meaningful connections while supporting individuals in their daily lives—either in their homes or out in the community.
Some individuals live with guardians, while others live independently. You’ll meet them where they are and help them thrive in their environment.
What You’ll Do:
This is a highly personalized, one-on-one role where your time is dedicated to supporting each individual’s goals, interests, and well-being. Activities may include:
- Community outings like movies, the zoo, or coffee
- Social engagement and recreational activities
- Teaching and reinforcing independent living skills
- Providing support with advanced care needs

Available Shifts:
- Daytime hours
- Afternoon and evening hours
- Weekend rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous DSP experience preferred
- Experience with advanced care needs (potential)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- Previous experience with Mental Health, Behaviors and or Autism
- Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$23/hour, depending on experience and individual assignment
- $1,750 referral bonus
