Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Engage directly with potential customers to introduce the benefits of AT&T Fiber.
- Drive new customer acquisitions by identifying connectivity needs and closing sales.
- Effectively communicate and promote how Fiber technology outshines the competition.
- Educate the public on the advantages of Fiber optics, including its speed and reliability.
- Manage customer experience from greeting to finalization of the service agreement.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current AT&T promotions, hardware, and pricing tiers to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to hit outreach goals and expand market share.
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
