Base Salary: $50,000
Commission: $20,000-$30,000 bonuses

We’re looking for a Recruiter to attract top candidates. In this role, you’ll work on the recruitment team to bring in sales people and build a team of young entrepreneurs across Ontario and Quebec.
What We’re Looking For:
The Recruiter will help to optimize our talent acquisition efforts. This role involves a full-cycle hiring process, and building a full pipeline of high-caliber candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or sales within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sales, ideally in high-growth or large workforce driven companies.
- A track record of recruiting high quality candidates for a company which contributed to helping build a team or a track record of success in a sales role with consistency in meeting targets and increasing company revenue through your sales efforts
- Evidence that you know how to identify talent and nurture them into the right roles
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re a young company experiencing rapid growth that comes with lots of change.
- Jedi-level communication skills for finding and qualifying candidates
- Creative, proactive and always looking for improvement.
What You’ll Do:
As the Recruiter, you will take ownership of hiring of top talent and elevate the quality of sales representatives and staff at YESA. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Job Boards: Craft, post and manage job postings on various job boards. This will include using Indeed and LinkedIn to head-hunt and find talent to interview.
Screening and Booking: You will be sorting through candidates from job boards and reaching out to qualified applicants, screening them to discover if they could be a good fit for YESA and booking them for interviews.
Interviews: This would include in person and virtual interviews- using questions to find the qualities we are looking for in an employee while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. A list of qualifications would be used to cross-reference various points in the prospect, such as skillset.
Building the team: The recruiter is responsible for building relationships with the existing team and acting as a support for new recruits to help with their sales career as well as generating referrals.
