Your Day-to-Day
- Independently perform venipuncture and blood draws with confidence and accuracy.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens and perform point-of-care testing.
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Obtain vital signs and assist with patient histories.
- Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain organized exam rooms and clinical workflows.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while ensuring comfort and safety.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Assistant with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in independent venipuncture/phlebotomy. Candidates must be comfortable performing routine blood draws without assistance.
- Experience with specimen handling, processing, and point-of-care testing.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, patient-focused personality with outstanding communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and thrives in a supportive culture.
