Siteworks LLC is currently looking for Concrete Finishers to work on crews specializing in concrete. We are always looking for dependable, experienced, hardworking employees with safety experience. We operate a drug free and alcohol-free working environment. Applicants will be subjected to pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing.
Responsibilities consists of but not limited to the following duties:
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete in specified proportions.
- Spread, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Inspect finished concrete for quality and accuracy, ensuring it meets project specifications
- Monitor the effects of weather conditions on concrete curing and make necessary adjustments.
- Cut expansion joints into concrete using saws and cutting tools.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Supervise and train junior workers on proper techniques and tool usage.
- Maintain a clean job site; picks up tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and worksite instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks and duties as needed, depending on the project.
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Must be able to pass drug and background screening
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Team Oriented
