At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Digital Large Format Printer Operator to work with a leading company in design and fabrication in Madison Heights. This role focuses on operating and maintaining large-format digital printers in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality output on various substrates.
Shift Patterns

Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm as required.

Overtime is required during busy months.

Training period: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
Pay Rates
Essential Requirements for Digital Large Format Printer Operator

Prior experience operating a large-format digital printer.

Familiarity with general computer operations in a production environment.

Experience working with Fiery Software.

Ability to operate EGrand or other large-format industrial UV digital printers.

Experience with Vutek 3250LX or Vutek 3250LX3 printers, including direct-to-board printing up to 120 inches wide.

Experience with Epson resin roll-to-roll printers.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Operate one or more large-format printers to meet production quotas.

Perform general production runs on multiple substrates, including samples.

Maintain printer operability, including warm-up, shut-down, ink levels, lubrication, and filter changes.

Coordinate job scheduling with the Graphics Department and organize printing materials.

Follow all shop and machine safety codes, including wearing safety glasses at all times.
