Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and relationship-oriented Account Executive to join our Flowood team. In this role, you will be the face of NetLink Voice to businesses throughout the region. You will actively prospect, consult, and close deals by matching local businesses with our cutting-edge voice, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities
- B2B Pipeline Development: Actively hunt and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, local networking, door-to-door canvas prospecting, and following up on marketing leads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings with business owners and IT directors to uncover operational pain points. Guide them through NetLink Voice's four-step process: Discover, Evaluate, Design, and Execute.
- Custom Solution Design: Partner with our internal engineering and Tier 1 IT teams to design tailored business communication and managed IT packages (VoIP, Private WAN, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Services).
- Presentations & Closing: Deliver compelling sales presentations and custom proposals to decision-makers, clearly demonstrating how our local service beats big, national carriers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain an active presence in the local Rankin County and metro-Jackson business communities (Chamber events, civic groups) to build a strong referral network.
- CRM Management: Consistently log sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer information in our CRM platform (HubSpot).
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of successful B2B sales experience (experience in telecom, SaaS, managed IT services, or copiers/business equipment is highly preferred but not required).
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Flowood/Jackson metro business landscape is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. You must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and confidently explain tech solutions like cloud communications, cybersecurity threats, and internet connectivity.
- Drive: A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
