The Role
This is a commission-focused 1099 role with a modest base and serious upside. The base keeps you steady while you ramp — your real income comes from closing. You'll own your book of business, bring new clients onto our platforms, and drive high-value engagements. If you're energized by commission, this is for you.
What You'll Sell
- BizFuse360 Growth Platform — a packaged website + client portal + mobile app system for small-to-midsize businesses. Productized, easy to demo, high-value.
- Operational Growth Engagements — high-ticket executive-level engagements for established companies looking to systematize and scale.
Compensation
- $23,000 base (1099) + uncapped commission
- Paid on portal sales and operational contracts
- Realistic first-year earnings of $45,000–$75,000, with $90,000+ for top closers. Full commission structure shared in the interview.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience (SaaS or business solutions a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives on commission
- Confident on discovery and closing calls
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet
