What You'll Do
You'll become the quarterback for new client implementations, helping ensure projects stay organized and launch successfully.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate onboarding projects for new clients
- Gather information and requirements from customers
- Configure client settings within the Bullseye platform
- Review dealer profiles and marketing content for accuracy
- Track project tasks and deadlines
- Schedule meetings and communicate project updates
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Assist with customer training and onboarding sessions
- Help monitor customer adoption and engagement after launch
- Identify ways to improve our implementation process

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn new software quickly
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Customer service or customer success
- Marketing or digital marketing
- CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Project coordination
- Website content management
- Analytics or reporting
