Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling

Must hold a valid associate license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT-A, LPC-MHSP temp, LMSW)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document individual sessions under supervision

Perform initial and follow-up patient assessments

Prepare individualized treatment plans

Complete patient documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed

Refer patients to other programs or facilities as necessary

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with a focus on patient safety
