Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with young children, such as babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
Note: High school diploma is required. Some college credits in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
