Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to match customer preferences.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle accessories to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure inventory management aligns with customer demand and dealership goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive industry trends, inventory control, and retail math to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive or passenger car sales, with a strong background in high-end or B2B (business-to-business) sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, deal closing, and upselling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and utilize CRM systems confidently.
- Previous dealership experience is advantageous; familiarity with inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry standards is essential.
- Experience in sales team management or leadership roles is a plus but not required.
