Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and skilled Roofers to join our dynamic construction team! Responsibilities
- Install new roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other materials according to project specifications and construction plans
- Conduct roofing repairs by identifying issues such as leaks or damage and executing effective solutions using appropriate hand tools and power tools
- Follow all construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Perform siding installation, stucco work, caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed for comprehensive exterior finishing
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining proper safety procedures for outdoor work environments
- Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing integration, and restoration projects to ensure cohesive project execution
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in roofing installation and repair
- Knowledge of roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and related systems
- Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and ladder use protocols
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in operating hand tools (e.g., hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment
- Experience with masonry, tile laying, welding, framing carpentry, drywall finishing or remodeling is a plus
- Outdoor work experience with an emphasis on safety protocol adherence and physical stamina
