What You'll Do
No two days look the same! This position requires someone who can confidently multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and confidence.
- Educating customers on ingredients, benefits, and product recommendations.
- Building genuine relationships and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
- Handcrafting our organic bath, body, and wellness products throughout the day.
- Seamlessly transitioning between making products, assisting customers, answering questions, operating the register, stocking shelves, filling inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Learning our products thoroughly so you can confidently explain ingredients, benefits, and the "why" behind each product.
- Working efficiently in a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly without sacrificing quality or customer service.
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and product quality.
This Role Is Different
This is not a traditional retail position where you'll spend your day standing behind a register.
Our team is constantly moving between:
- Manufacturing products.
- Assisting multiple customers.
- Educating guests about holistic wellness and natural ingredients.
- Restocking inventory.
- Keeping the store beautiful.
- Completing tasks behind the scenes while remaining available to customers.
The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, thinks several steps ahead, and can confidently switch between production, sales, and customer education with a smile.

- Is comfortable speaking confidently about health, skincare, and wellness after training.
- Can successfully juggle multiple responsibilities while staying organized and positive.
- Learns quickly and enjoys continuous education.
- Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how ingredients and products work.
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing high quality products.
- Is dependable, punctual, and thrives as part of a close knit team.
- Enjoys staying active throughout the day and is comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving between workstations.
Success in This Position Looks Like
You will thrive in this role if you can confidently move from pouring a batch of body butter, to helping a customer choose the perfect skincare routine, to ringing up a sale, to answering product questions, all while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
