Snohomish Auto Licensing is looking for the PERFECT fit to join our fun and friendly Vehicle and Vessel Licensing sub-agency. Accurately process vehicle/vessel license transactions such as tab renewals, title transfers, trip permits, disabled parking privileges, address changes. Memorize rules and regulations set by the State of Washington. This company is privately owned and contracts with Washington state, we are a subagent. We are seeking a certified Title Clerk to join our team. We want an employee looking for a long term career-minded and trustworthy team player who enjoys working with customers. Working with customers at the counter and on the phone. If any applicant is not a certified Vehicle Licensing Representative, there may be a part time position available for the right candidate. We are all energetic and outgoing, need to easily multi-task, and types 40+ wpm and familiar/proficient 10 key.
The work schedule would be for part time 24 to 32 hours or full time 40 hours. Hours will depend on experience.
Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
Saturday 9:45am - 2:15pm
Previous Licensing experience is desired, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Growth and leadership opportunities after completion of training and certification (usually around 10-12 months until certification) unless already having previous experience. We like to promote within the company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good memorization skills.
2. Detail oriented
3. A quick learner with a high aptitude for complex transactions.
4. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
5. Casual clean appearance.
6. Able to type 40+ WPM
7. 10 key skills
8. Ability to pass a WSP Background check
9. Energetic and outgoing with previous customer service experience.

- 90 day probationary period prior to any benefit eligibility
- Only full-time employees eligible or negotiable after 6 months and working 24+ hours per week
