Team Leader / Cleaning Crew Member – Residential & Commercial Cleaning
Location: Honolulu, Oahu
Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour
Team Leader pay: up to $30/hour, based on experience, reliability, driving, and leadership ability
Training: starts at $22/hour (training takes 2 to 4 weeks - depending on perfomance)
Job Type: W2 employee
Schedule: Monday to Friday, usually 4–6 hours per day (occasionaly on the weekends)
Innova Cleaning Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Team Leader / Cleaning Crew Member to join our cleaning team in the Honolulu area.
We are looking for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in doing quality work, and is comfortable working independently as well as leading a small team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with professional cleaning experience who wants steady daytime work, better pay, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Most of our jobs are located in Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head, Kahala, Diamond Head, Ala Moana, Manoa, and nearby Honolulu areas. We occasionally have jobs in Kailua, so having your own reliable car and a valid driver’s license is required.
This is a hands-on position. You will clean with the crew while helping make sure each job is completed with care, detail, and professionalism.
Pay & Growth
Pay ranges from $22–$30 per hour depending on experience, reliability, cleaning skills, leadership ability, and responsibilities.
Team Leader pay can go up to $30/hour for the right person.
Training starts at $22/hour for candidates with little or no professional cleaning experience.
Candidates with cleaning experience will still go through paid company training to learn our standards, systems, and procedures before being considered for a Team Leader role.

What You’ll Do
Perform detailed residential cleaning
Lead, guide, and support helpers when assigned as Team Leader
Drive your own car to different job locations
Transport supplies and equipment
Help keep the storage area organized, stocked, and clean
Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
Communicate professionally with clients and management
Report job updates, timing, issues, or special instructions
Help make sure each job is completed on time and up to company standards
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Professional cleaning experience preferred
Leadership experience is a plus
Must have your own reliable car
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to drive to homes in Honolulu and occasionally Kailua
Available Monday to Friday, usually between 9 AM and 3 PM
Comfortable working 5–6 hours per day, depending on the schedule
Able to follow checklists, procedures, and company standards
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Schedule
This is a steady part-time position, usually Monday to Friday. Most days are around 5–6 hours, but the schedule may vary depending on the homes and job locations for the day.
Typical hours are between 9 AM and 3 PM, with occasional weekends depending on the schedule.
