Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with daily salon duties, including cleaning, laundry, restocking products, and helping create a welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Cosmetology License (required).
- Previous salon experience is required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team player willing to assist with salon responsibilities.
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
- We will also soon hopefully open up our services to include nails, extensions, massages, etc., if your skill set includes any parallel services.

Pay
- Stylists without an established clientele will begin at an hourly rate plus a lower commission while building their book of business. (Negotiable)
- Once performance and clientele goals are met, compensation increases to 50% commission. (Negotiable)
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
