Lead General Cleaner:
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00
You’ll be a frontline team member—and a team leader—trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities while helping guide others to success, including:
- Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-seal certified supplies and equipment
- Serve as the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, and resourceful
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to cleaning team members
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met through regular walkthroughs and spot-checks
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and prioritizing daily workloads
- Help train new hires and reinforce best practices, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment
- Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture
- Remove trash and maintain waste disposal areas
- Replenish towels, soaps, and paper products
- Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors
- Monitor and report supply levels; assist with inventory as needed
- Act as a facility’s extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and safety concerns
- Step in to support the team during call-offs, high-demand periods, or special projects
- Serve as a point of contact for client needs, questions, or requests

- Prior janitorial experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Willingness to lead by example and support team development
- Successful drug screening and background check
- Comply with safety guidelines
- Must wear provided 4M apparel and required personal protective equipment in accordance with OSHA standards
- Reliable transportation required
