Position Overview
This is a hands-on construction position focused on new installs and site work. You will work alongside an experienced crew completing residential and commercial landscape projects including Landscape installation,grading, hydroseeding, and erosion control installation, and retaining walls
Experience is not required, but is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and seeing projects come together from start to finish, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Install plant material, landscape beds, and finishing details
- Assist with hydroseeding, turf preparation
- Install erosion control blanket, and other stabilization materials
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or landscaping is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to shop and job sites
- Team-oriented and dependable

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
