Receptionist | Part-time | Parker Automotive - Parker Toyota Location
As the first friendly face customers see, the receptionists are an integral part of our team. The receptionist welcomes and sets the tone for the experience they will receive at Parker Automotive. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Receptionists to add to our team.
Schedule:
Our dealership receptionist hours range from 8:00am to 8:00pm (days/times fluctuate and rotate but we have a consistent, set schedule).
- 1 PART-TIME position with a set work schedule that rotates. Typically Mondays and Wednesdays, AND every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the main phone line
- Distribute phone calls to the correct individual or department
- Greet customers and direct them in the right direction
- Clerical, office, and miscellaneous computer work (data-entry, scanning, filing, etc.)
Requirements:
- Customer service focused, friendly, enthusiastic and dependable
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and handle fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Word)
- Willing to submit to background check and drug screenings
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
