HEALOR is a growing hybrid primary care and wellness clinic in Las Vegas seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team.
You will be joining a collaborative team of four experienced providers delivering personalized, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient clinic.
Our practice operates on a hybrid model combining traditional insurance-based primary care with a membership-based wellness program, allowing providers to spend more time with patients and focus on preventive and longevity medicine.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide comprehensive outpatient care while participating in our membership-based care model, which emphasizes preventive medicine, patient engagement, and long-term health optimization.

- Hormone replacement therapy
- Medical weight loss programs
- Preventive and longevity medicine
- IV nutrient therapy
- Wellness optimization protocols
- Sexual Health and wellness
- Hair loss Treatments
Training will be provided for providers interested in expanding their clinical skill set.
Qualifications
- Active Nevada Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Board certified
- DEA license
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred
- Interest in preventive medicine and wellness-focused care
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
