Fee-for-Service Social Worker (LCSW / LMSW / LMHC)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Field-Based + Clinic Work)

Fee‑For‑Service Rate Schedule
- $33.33 – $80.00 per session for LMSW/LMHC
- $36.11 – $88.88 per session for LCSW
- Bilingual Spanish & Russian differential: additional $3/hour per session
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and crisis intervention services
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver person-centered care in both clinic and field-based settings
Requirements
- Active NYS license required: LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed care
- Willingness to commute to Brooklyn, NY
Work Schedule
- Minimum of 15 hours per week required (in-person)
- Position includes field work in the community
