Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Foster relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication regarding student progress and needs.
- Assess students' developmental milestones and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Experience working with students in early childhood settings, preferably in private schools.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of preschool-aged children.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques to address various classroom situations effectively.
- Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learners within the classroom context.
