As a Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food that keeps our guests fueled and coming back. Whether you're prepping proteins, plating appetizers, or keeping the kitchen running smoothly during a busy shift, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in every dish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and cook proteins, appetizers, sides, salads, desserts, and other menu items according to TruGolf Links recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all food is consistently portioned, prepared, and served to our quality standards.
- Maintain food safety at all times — hot foods held at 135°F or above, cold foods at 41°F or below.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food, plateware, and paper products at line stations throughout your shift.
- Keep your workstation clean and sanitary, including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration units.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions to management promptly.
- Follow kitchen closing procedures and complete closing checklists.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ year of experience in the food & beverage industry preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Current Certified Food Handler certification.
- Basic math skills with the ability to calculate recipe conversions.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to safely handle kitchen knives for prep and sandwich work.
- Committed to treating guests and teammates with dignity and respect.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
