LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) Staff Nurse Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available
Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. As a licensed practical nurse with us, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our residents.
Shift Opportunities:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
- NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care and administer medications
- Monitor and advocate for residents’ health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
- Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards
What You Bring:
- Current Wisconsin LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
- Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills
