We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient operations by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment while utilizing warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and store items in designated locations.
- Pick products based on customer orders and accurately pack and label shipments.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks for distribution.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through regular upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse or related experience preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical labor and understand safety requirements.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; heavier loads with appropriate equipment.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
- Standing and moving for extended periods.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
