Oakdale ObGyn and OBGYN West, through Premier Women's Health of Minnesota, are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our successful and growing physical therapy program. The ideal candidate would have clinical experience, with a focus on pelvic floor/women's health.
We are looking to add to the team as soon as possible, once the required credentialing process has been completed. Clinic locations may include: Minnetonka, Plymouth and Eden Prairie.
A $5,000 signing bonus will be payable upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient caseload of pelvic health conditions; pre-natal, post partum, incontinence, pelvic pain, endometriosis, constipation, and prolapse.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their specific plan of care in order to reach desired goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within clinic setting.
- Communicate with provider team as needed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

- Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Physical Therapy license in Minnesota.
- 1+ years of experience with Women's Health/pelvic health required, with successful completion of Herman and Wallace Level 1 (or equivalent program).

Pay: $38.84 - $59.06 per hour
