Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
· Ensures that safety programs are followed, training is administered, and problems are corrected promptly
· Directs problem solving and continuous improvement activities
· Ensuring that all associates in his/her area comply with the requirements of the quality system
· Ensure that control plans are followed, identify training needs for the assigned personnel and ensure that these personnel receive adequate training to perform the assigned tasks and that their performance is periodically evaluated
· Responsible for the direct implementation of the applicable quality system requirements in the assigned work area
· Communicate special instructions to operators and assess effectiveness of operator’s training
· Provide leadership in the implementation and conformance to the company’s policies and procedures at all levels
· Responsible for driving corrective action and continuous improvement items in their area of responsibility
· Responsible meeting production schedules and productivity goals
· Responsible for team member appraisals
· Responsible for manning scheduling
· Responsible for OEE and OEE and Scrap continuous improvement

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
