Responsibilities:
- Assist with evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing environment
- Establish treatment plans and implement various methods to ease patient pain and increase mobility
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid VA OTA license
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
