Supervise all on-site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards are met
Enforce and participate in jobsite safety programs and inspections
Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership groups
Review and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals for field accuracy
Lead contractor coordination meetings to ensure schedule alignment
Maintain thorough jobsite documentation, including daily reports and field photos
Manage procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation
Ensure punch list completion, testing, and final project turnover are done efficiently
