Position Title: Molding Machine Operator
Wage: $17.00 - $17.50/hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating rotational molding equipment safely
- Loading raw polyethylene resin and unloading completed molded parts
- Verifying production schedules and ensuring correct oven programs are in use
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Working collaboratively with other team members to assemble and disassemble molds
- Performing mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging equipment
- Maintaining accurate production tracking and documentation
Requirements for Molding Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours in a fast-paced environment; lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Ability to work in hot environments
