Krissie Vineyards is seeking a Harvest Cellar Worker to join our winemaking team for the 2026 harvest season. This is an opportunity to work alongside our exceptional winemaking team dedicated to crafting premium wines from our organically farmed, estate-grown vineyards in the Sierra Foothills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine, takes pride in their work, and is excited to contribute to every stage of the harvest process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and driven by high personal standards. They enjoy solving problems, thinking independently, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced winery environment.

Responsibilities
- Fruit receiving, sorting, and processing
- Tank and barrel cleaning and sanitation
- Fermentation monitoring and record keeping
- Pumpovers, punchdowns, and tank additions
- Press operation and wine transfers
- Barrel work, topping, and cellar maintenance
- Laboratory sampling and analysis
- General winery cleaning and organization
- Following all winery safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous winery, harvest, agricultural, brewery, food production, or related experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Tractor driving experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
