$20 - $25/hr based on experience
Don’t need experience in construction cleaning but NEED 2+ years of cleaning experience.
This position includes post-construction cleaning, final cleaning, jobsite cleanup, commercial property cleaning, and general labor support as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work independently or with a team, and comfortable working in active construction and commercial environments.
Schedule may vary based on project needs. Day, evening, weekend, and overtime opportunities may be available.
Preferred but Not Required:
- OSHA certification
- Experience using floor equipment, ladders, or cleaning machines
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
